provided.
3. Position the hood mounting frame centrally against the cab rear panel
and resting on the drain channels.

body and secure with clamp arms, bolts, washers and nuts.
6. Fit the front hood sticks in the sockets at the rear corner of the
body and secure with clamp arms, bolts, washers and nuts.
7. Secure the tie tubes between the sticks, using self-locking nuts.
8. Fit the intermediate hood stick between the tie tubes, securing it
with self-locking nuts.
9. 109" models: secure the hood stick flanges to the pre-drilled
holes in the body side capping, using the fixings provided.
10. Mark centre 9in. (230mm) from the door post and 2in. (50mm) down
from the top of the rear body capping and, using the frond rope hooks as
templates, drill four holes and fix the rope hooks to the body sides, using the
2 B.A. nuts bolts and washers provided.
NOTE: Two rope hooks are handed, 1xLH, 1xRH, the hooks should be towards the
door.
11. Secure the two staples to the rear body, adjacent to the top of the
tailboard, using the existing holes and fixing with the 3/4in. (19mm) long 2
B.A. screws, nuts and washers.
Early Series II models:

on the cab. The hood retaining strip should be inserted in the top and side
channels of the hood. Peg the upper retaining strip into the side strip.

on the mounting frame and secure with the short straps.

position and drill cab panel for fitting strap retaining stud. Secure hood.
